Correct but when discussing the moving feature they only mentioned bennefits/reason for a moving feature as not dismantling workshops and repurchasing private chambers all of which are specific FC features not found in private housing.

As unlikely as it is that only FCs would have access to the move function people are playing it safe by assuming based on what we have been told that FC move feature is confirmed and personal housing is yet to be confirmed. It doesn't mean they explicitly stated only fcs can move but until they confirm it applies to all housing then assuming you will be able to move personal housing is a tad risky imo.

Right because beforehand they explained that the feature would move the house and place the furnishings in a storage bin. That completely covered residential housing, so the only questions that would be left would be for fc houses which they then covered. There's no way they would waste the manpower on a fc only feature

I don't disagree I think that it'll be available for all, but I was there when they discussed the move feature, nothing they said explicitly confirmed it would be available to all housing, the same as nothing explicitly said it was fc only, until they outline the specifics of the moving feature imo it's safer to assume there's a chance you may have to relinquish first rather than banking on a moving feature we have very few details on :/

This was also the same time they stated that they were monitoring housing and deciding wether to allow fcs and personals to buy at the same time or to stagger the release, but everyone seems to deny that it's even remotely possible, despite it being the last official word we heard on the subject.
