Healers beating tanks in queues?

It's been like this since sb release though, nothing new here. SE just pissed off more healers into quitting their job than tanks.

Honestly, I think adventurer in need is bugged because of this. It seems very fixated on tank, even when the tank queue is two minutes longer than the healer queue (because there is no healer queue). The disparity has to be pretty wide before it flips over.

It's kind of annoying sometimes.

I think its working correctly but is on a 5 minute cycle before it seects a new role for adventurer in need. As per OP, there could be any number of reasons why healers are queueing faster. Healers could be leveling alts after leveling all three by now.
