So for Hoplite, there doesn't seem like any mechanical reason why it absolutely has to wear Maiming gear, especially when the gear DRG uses doesn't have the extra Vitality that tanks need. We already have a tank based on block chance (PLD), so maybe instead have it based on increasing how much damage it can block. As for the lore, I'm not sure about it having to be Garlean (pretty sure they'd call it a Hoplomachus), but it would be nice to see a tank job finally having a better excuse for a job questline themed around what a tank does best: defending. Just have to make sure that because it shares the PLD's shield use that you make a really good differentiation between the two.

As for Capsarius, there doesn't seem like there's any reason for it to use this "Repeater" as a weapon. Since you'd have it healing via grenades, why not have its weapon as a Launcher? It would still keep that firearm theme and I don't think it'd be the first job to use a big weapon like that to heal. Also despite this job looking more like it could be Garlean than Hoplite does, it could just as likely be from Thavnair given its use of what may as well be a delivery tool for alchemical weaponry.

Both of these concepts aren't too bad though, and it would be interesting to see these get a bit more fleshed out. BTW, edit the post to bypass the 1000 character limit.
