Okina popped in all 3 instance on Balmung at same time

Gilg got one at exactly 3pm in instance 1. Other two had not shown yet. Someone was killing Unkiu in the area that she showed.

Okina appeared for us in Ruby Sea instance 1 just now. I'm flying right over it as I speak. And we weren't killing yumemi or anything. (Edit: party leader said 'yumemi any' I do wish they would just respond in Japanese when I ask questions xD)

We will check the other instances after this.

Yumemi theory looks good. Got instaspawn at i1, then i3 and i2 with people killing stuffs underwater for 2~7 mins. Times are 12pm 3pm and 7pm.

just had Okina spawn on Ruby Sea 2 on Coeurl.

The top photo is the spawn time pop, and the bottom photo is the spawn location

this also debunks any 12am/12pm theories i had made earlier? I think....

LS member said he killed a naked snail and it popped instantly

I think its just like croak you need to go over his spawn point as on Balmung as soon as someone went over his spawn he popped and we did instance 1-2-3 with no delay in him popping once some one went over his spawn point.
