I would agree with if it wasn't the case that at the beginning of the expansion Okina spawned in every instance on every server at the same time, but now that there is a lot less activity in the Ruby Sea, it only popped for some instances in some servers. Unless they changed something on a maint, I think it is indeed very likely to have a second condition.

That happened the first time as well only a couple popped during the first full moon during its open window and the rest forced popped on the second.

Due to maintance I believe this is only the second time we are going to see a 2nd full moon in Okina open window if they all force pop again with a lot less activity in Ruby Sea it probably debunks a secondary trigger.

If that's the case then it is indeed probably just full moon (I don't find hard to believe that people was probably overstating the "popping everywhere at the same time" thing). We had a lot of maints lately and the window is longer than Croackadile so that would explain that Croack spawned every time but not Okina.

We spawned all 3 on Louisoix last window in exactly the same manor. FATE followed by instantly flying over spawn points.

I'm curious as to what the absolute earliest anyone's seen a SB S rank respawn post-kill, because some people I know are saying they've seen them at the 50ish hours mark, but I've personally only ever seen them in the 70s.

They seem to be very similar to HW so 50ish hours would be after maintenance only and 70+ any other time.

Earliest POP in my memory is about 87 hours. (Gamma)

Okina appeared for us in Ruby Sea instance 1 just now. I'm flying right over it as I speak. And we weren't killing yumemi or anything. (Edit: party leader said 'yumemi any' I do wish they would just respond in Japanese when I ask questions xD)

We will check the other instances after this.
