World transfer 90 day wait

Why is it 90 days also for character you created on that server that has never transferred to another server.

I don't know for sure, but since SE themselves also wouldn't know how the markets on the new servers would be, it's probably a precaution to try and minimise people creating characters to purchase cheap items from Omega/Louisoix to export/sell on other servers. They probably hope that the server market will be similar to others within 90 days so that it won't matter so much if someone tried to do that afterwards.

Says online character has to be 3 days old before can be transferred not 90 days.

That's just for regular transfers. Omega/Louiois have special conditions:

Characters created on newly established Worlds during the bonus period will be restricted from using the World transfer service for 90 days.

Then they should let you transfer back same week if find out have very bad connection problems where can't play then your paying them for not being able to play from sever lag from having bad connection. Also items in new worlds most time is way higher than worlds that have been around a lot longer. Longest should ever be is 7 to 30 days for a world transfer.

SE unfortunately have no way of actually verifying that to make exceptions for people though. I just mean everyone could say "I've got connection issues" and they have no way to confirm/deny each so they could only stick by the premade rule already and if people think they might have issues (like not being in Europe for example), realistically it's best if they check with an alt first.

Erm sorry, but based on what? These are the first new servers that have been added to XIV since 2.0. In other games maybe that's how it works, but since everyone transferred could bring all their money, there was no way to predict how the pricing would be on the new servers until it actually started settling down.
