The first SB S Rank that ever spawned on Cerberus was Orghana at ~55 hours after maintenance/early access - so, yes, the minimum respawn is the same as for the HW S Ranks.

Orghana just spawned on Cerberus infact. 50 hours, 41 minutes since maintenance. So yes it does appear to be the same.
Rather than the chocobo porter or routes, isn't the trigger for Bone Crawler just having a regular chocobo out? Because one of our hunters just spawned it in Carbuncle:

I have checked the chocobo porter routes, they are nowhere near that spawn point (Grymm & Enid area). And the hunter was not on a porter, she only had her own chocobo out (via gysahl green).
Btw, this is an old topic, but I would like to give some insight about Nunyunuwi spawn conditions based on my experiences. The most common theory is "perform FATEs without letting none fail for 1 hour". This is simply not true, tried so many times and never worked. The only thing that really worked was a redditor's theory. I dunno if I can link it so I will explain it.
The actual condition is to chain every individual FATE that can spawn. What does that means? It means that the "don't let any FATE fail" theory is mostly right, but for a different reason that the one believed and that's why the S never pops even if you try for 1 or even 2 hours. Need to do every single different FATE in the zone and has to be in chain, so the don't let any fail condition is still present because FATEs don't have the same timers.
This method worked for us in our first attemp, Nynyu was sighted after completing every single FATE, while the commonly believed method never worked after many tries.
I don't know about Nuny, my friends and I always wait before doing it because we want to be sure it's gonna spawn, then we just do every FATE we see for one hour, and it spawns. Not saying you're wrong but either way, ever since people stopped to go in ARR zones it never took more than 1 hour for us to spawn it because we spawn it last.
We had a spawn on Moogle for Gamma, instance 2, around 50h. If I use the timer of Ariyala and the report (because I wasn't there) it's actually 49 hours after maintenance, but then again, we don't know 100% when the servers are up.

Yeah, because I believe it will roughly take 1 hour to complete every FATE, plus all the people in the zone doing FATEs as well as the ones potentially completed before your arrival and so on. But just doing FATEs for 1 hour without making note of the name of the FATEs and making sure all of them were completed in the chain (suposedly "Diamond in the Rough" is not needed but can't confirm this) never worked. I tried with my FC and with random groups, never had a single success until we did the method I described.
I'm also not sure about the ones that need to be activated. They need to be completed once for sure, and if you activate them you must do them. But it's unclear if you leave them there after the first time it will break the chain or not (we completed them every time to be sure).
This assumes it is a landmine (like KB/Nandi/Brontes) and not a random spawn like (Bonnacon/Croque/Wulgaru). EDIT² : I was just thinking about it but, wouldn't it be a bit weird to have two S ranks with mob kills related in the same expansion ? Orghana seems to spawn with the walls, so if Udumbara spawn with Lechy/Sparia/idkthename plant mobs, it's a bit... similar...

Orghana popped about 20 mins ago at Pandaemonium, and "Complete Tribute FATE & walk/fly over spawn location" worked again for us...Orghana just popped at Pandaemonium server. This is what I did before spawning.
Completed Tribute FATE→killed some walls(15~20?)→went looking for A rank mob.→Orghana popped just below me at (35,15).
The Trigger could be
・kill # of walls & walk/fly over spawn locations.
・Complete Tribute FATE & walk/fly over spawn locations.
This explains about the delay of Orghana spawn after Completing Tribute FATE
so, I am thinking that "Complete Tribute FATE & walk/fly over spawn location" is the trigger.
