Maybe let you have a npc partner that can level up and choose if it be a tank or a healer that can use when queing up. You was able to have one on ffxi that could pick the job class and level up. They could also make it so could use your chocobo in dungeons and have it be a healer or a tank.

So stop with the forced multiplayer dungeons already!
Make them solo for MSQ and then have them be raid-hard for repeating. In queue for over 20 minutes now. Not every one has time to waste like this.
Dont say play a tank or healer either. That is not a solution and beyond stupid to say because then we'd all be tanks and healers and no other jobs. And you dont always have 8 people in an fc willing to run dungeons. This is an unacceptable design idea from SE.

Go cry somewhere else, this multiplayer game already feels like an offline game some times. If you wanna do solo content, do it in an offline game.
