A good excuse to return to WoW. Requested to refund for Stormblood in Steam.

There is 0 chance of a steam refund at this point, SB basically gave you the full value of a normal game anyways.
Due to the Canadian dollar dropping I have seen the price go up and up and currently and as full time student have a limited disposable income and have had to budget carefully if I wanted to keep playing, even taking a month or 2 off of the game at times.
Brazil and Russia are similar but your currency has dropped even more but had been allowed to pay the same price while SE received less and less so they are 100% justified in asking fair value from you guys.

Ooooh, now thats going to be interesting.... and any changes to those rates will be posted with 30 days’ advance notice and notice will be provided to the Game community and by email to User’s registered email addresses. If you think that exchange steam rates it's another deal...sorry but no. Valve assumes no responsibility or liability for such third party content that's written in paragraph 5 Steam subscriber agreement ... What you can say about this?
Gotta say i'm really disappointed with the sudden increase. Feel a bit betrayed by square =T I won't drop the game, but now i don't feel so compelled to pay a full year of sub , nor buy ANYTHING from the mogstation. I used to buy lots of fantasia, and even a few other cosmetic itens. Not anymore :T
I feel like i ate a delicious chocolate cake that i aways eat, but now its full of raisins.
8.260 hours of playtime to be betrayed like that... Thanks $quare Enix
goodbye ffxiv T^T
Actually if Valve deems that the game publisher did deceive the buyers in some manner(which just happened here) they will open special case refunds for these games, happened with skyforge and latest batman game(can not remember the name).

Nobody is saying they aren't 100% justified in asking fair values. Why are you guys getting so fixated over that? Yes we are upset to be paying more but thats not even the main reason. We weren't warned at all, and the increase was RIGHT after we bought the expansion and can't get a refund on it. Some people would have not bought it if they knew about this. There is 0 chance of a steam refund at this point, SB basically gave you the full value of a normal game anyways.
