As for RA, a proc, being too desirable vs. the more consistent Empyreal Arrow, I'd simply suggest that the "Additional effects added only once" clause on Barrage be removed. This would make Barrage-EA viable at low Repertoire on Army's Paean and Wanderer's Minuet.

That would make EA + Barrage the best choice to do since it would guanrantee a full potency Pitch perfect.
230x3 + 420 instead of 300x3.
In other words that would be a little gain of dps.

I like this idea. It's not overpowered.

They DID get rid of some of the button bload....when 4.0 dropped.

Easily the best changes for any class this expansion were for bards. I have given up healing since I'm tired of dealing with jerks, took up crafting and gathering to do during longer queues, and absolutely loving this class.

I'd like to see Army Paeon's proc overflow proc a Straighter Shot buff, or just proc overflow in general proc Straighter Shot.
