    Thoughts on Sch's new broil?

I think the skill is too good in ranked 4v4 feast. Played couple of games 8v8 feast and you really don't get punish as you can dps and heal at the same time using lustrate whenever you broil. It's basically a oGCD Physick but better since it restores 5 more faerie gauge point. I think a good change to this would be to decrease lustrate healing potency to 1500 or 2000. It's currently 2500 healing potency atm. Haven't tried 4v4 feast since I can no longer get into games due to my rank. What are your guys and girls opinion?

4v4 has barely popped on any DC since patch, so too early to say. Give it a few days and time will tell. It does seem strong on paper, though.

Seems strong without being able to snowball like old broil.

The new broil has many uses:
-You can use it to speed up your aetherflow cooldown. Aetherflow base cooldown is 45 seconds, with the x3 stacks it gives you can use x3 Lustrate/ChainStratagem, each use reduces the cooldown of aetherflow by 5 seconds making aetherflow cooldown 30s, with Broil's recent change, you gain x1 aetherflow stack per broil on a player, broil effect do not work on objects such as boxes, if you manage to land x1 broil, it is x1 extra aetherflow stack that reduces your aetherflow cooldown by 5secs. You might even reduce aetherflow cooldown to minimum if possible. This requires broil to be used on proper time of course, when you can afford to use it like when enemy team is at disadvantage, etc..
-broil>lustrate>broil>lustrate>broil>lustrate, if you macro lustrate, you could actually do it, but i am not sure if this is something a scholar would ever do, at least on ranked.
-fill the fairy gauge faster with lustrate and have fairy up for a longer time, lustrate increases you fairy gauge by 10, when physic gives 5 and adloquium 5, this allows you to use faerie more often.

I think current broil main use is to speed up your aetherflow cooldown, for faster mp recovery: but broil costs 500mp while physick costs 250mp, physick doesnt reduce your aetherflow cooldown.

Had about 6games in sch last night

Against week dps, basically opposite can't get even one kill
Decent dps, can't keep 3stack artherflow all the time since you do not have enough time to cast that much broil
But at least aetherflow cd can be controlled around 25sec(one broil per 30sec)
And once your team killed someone, sch would have enough time to get 3stack aetherflow back

Easier to keep myself alive when the other team sitting on me(if a sch running around a pillar just give up, no one can kill him unless he has 2stack)

Need more matches with good players to see how it works

This would actually be very easy to do with mouse over healing, and you can bet it will be done!

Not sure how that would work with joystick, but on PC it's extremely easy.

    on joystick manually would be:
first select your target for broil so press X so it becomes main target then you can click up/down to choose party member to heal with lustrate, when you used lustrate the target goes back to enemy for broil, so as long as you dont "confirm main target pressing X" you can do it quite fast too. can always macro lustrate with <1>, <2>, <3> and <4> or macro broil with <tt> or <f>
