That's not important at all. He isn't asking "which tank can play back-up healer in a pinch," but, "Who can sustain themselves so the healer can DPS more?" I'd say Warrior or Paladin, since I don't know how Dark Knights lifesteal performs on a single-target.

Even without bloodbath, Warrior self-healing is in a pretty good place.
As a paladin, I healed the last boss of temple of the fist from ~95% when the healer stood in the whirlwind and died (ie: myself and the two dps). I also have done so in... I think it's doma castle? The one with the looong arse fight at the end. The healer stood in the wrong place for the first knockback and died in the out of bounds area.. no problem!

It's a different thing really, and it's not all that relevant outside of easy content, but still, it's always fun when it happens.

Yes, and PLD is the only tank that can heavily sustain itself in DPS stance. That's very important.

Warrior still has Inner Beast, Equilibrium, Storms path and then now steel cyclone for groups. Thats pretty big. Now yeah PLD Clemency is.... nuts i have seen 20k heals with mine, but DRK and WAR hold there own too. Just not as well So yeah PLD probably the best but they all have a bit, I would say PLD > WAR > DRK

PLD: Clemency is bar-none the most potent and reliable self heal, though comes at the cost of being on the GCD (think it's actual cast time was reduced to below the GCD though? Can't remember) and not doing any damage. It is, however, the only tank capable of healing other party members and has the highest potential to prevent damage on them as well (Cover, Intervention, Divine Veil, and Passage of Arms).

DRK: Not too familiar with DRK in 4.0, but from my 3.0 knowledge -> Souleater gives you some healing in Grit (unless they also changed it to work out of Grit) and DA+Abyssal Drain is quite potent in AOE situations (unless they changed that). You also have Blackest Night for preventing damage on yourself and others, which is quite good.

WAR: With the loss of Bloodbath and Second Wind we're in a bit of a tricky situation in terms of healing. We still have Equilibrium in Defiance, which is a very potent self healing locked behind a 60s CD. Inner Beast is also quite potent, though also locked behind Defiance - you can, however, do multiple IBs back to back (a maximum of 3 at a time). Storm's Path is our most used combo, so while it isn't particularly potent you'll get the returns of it at a consistent pace similar to DRK's Souleater. The new Steel Cyclone change is good for AOE situations, but you need 50 gauge to use it and you typically want to be going wild with Overpowers in AOE... but those unfortunately generate no gauge. But since Unchained doesn't cost gauge now you can use your Infuriates on Steel Cyclones for the healing, though there's also the option of using it on Decimate or even holding onto Unchained and using IR for a double Decimate.

Also, WAR and PLD are the only ones that can actually buff our self healing with damage buffs. Requiescat buffs Clemency and Berserk buffs Equilibrium, IB, Storm's Path, and Steel Cyclone. Another important thing to note is that Tenacity buffs our own self healing (not incoming heals), though that's universal for all 3 tanks.

In the end I'd say that while WAR has a wide range of self healing abilities, PLD has the most consistent on top of bringing party damage reduction. A PLD can, if necessary, take care of himself for the entire fight - though, ideally, you don't want that to be the case.
