Changing instances doesnt make fates like "watch your tongue" move locations and the fate sits entirely over an area that has several quests in it. That FATE resspawns within a few minutes of it ending. Sometimes faster. Not all of us are neckbeards who get to game all day. Not being able to progress because of some b.s. like this is a big problem for us evil casual normies who cant play 18 hrs a day.
