    New and transfer'd characters to less popular worlds basically got super boosts on anything not level 60 (All exp gained were doubled, basically.) That was a written reward should a player choose to go to one of these worlds. But some just got changed or taken off of that list, so that only really leaves the gil reimburse for loss of apartments and housing.
