New World and World Population Balancing Incentives - Bug

The Bonuses from creating my character disappeared after the server restarted. I read the patch notes and did not see any mention of this bonus going away. Is there any way to get my Double EXP Bonus reactivated, as well as getting the 15 days free play time & 1,000,000 Gil upon reaching level 30?

Here is the excerpt from the Lodestone upon making my character yesterday:

Bonuses awarded at character creation

- Double EXP bonus (until level 60 is reached)
- Gift of 10 silver chocobo feathers, exchangeable for low-mid level gear to improve the leveling experience

Bonuses for characters created during bonus period that attain level 30 in any class

- Gift of 1,000,000 gil
- Gift of 15 days of free play time

this has happened to me aswell< after this 4.0.5 patch and the servers came back up i logged iN and my Road to 60 buff is Gone aswell.. And ive looked around , ive seen no info of it being removed or a " time limit" on the buff it self.. i want my buff back =(

Well Darn. If I knew that, I wouldn't have bought the expansion, and spent 10 hours (all the way through maintenance down time) downloading it, last night. Shucks.

well if you aren't too far into leveling and attached to your world you could make another character on another preferred world and go again.

If it helps to soften the blow slightly... you wouldn't have got the 1 million Gil anyway. That's only for *new* worlds (Omega and Louisoix). Preferred worlds only get the 15 days (and the double exp boost).

Ah. Thanks for clarifying that.

I was more interested in the EXP Buff. Made catching up much easier.

But, Oh well.
