I've not leveled Warrior up past 60 yet. Is it doing the weird slowly scaling down as we level thing? Because I'm seeing it be 25% at 60.

I know you're being silly, but less than 25% of it, Bloodbath would have done an identical job if you just used Cyclone while it was up.

Either way is way too low to act as a full replacement for Bloodbath, but it's a step in the right direction I'm happy to see at least.

Its not a huge amount and its not very spammable like DA+AD. Plus its a DPS loss and you know how WAR players hate those when they could use Decimate instead now.
