In my opinion this fate should spawn every 12 hours or so. Currently the only way to do it is if you spend you life camping in the zone prior. Logged in yesterday and you could not even get into the zone like 4hours before it even spawned since everyone was camping it. You have people spending 24hours just staying there to get him. AN did you do get in, your lucky to even get silver because either someone pulls early or the because of lag. And as someone else said, Gold -3 horns, Silver 2-horns or bronze 1-horn. Or do like the fox and get 12-horns for gold, 6-horns for silver or 3-horns for bronze.

It will certainly not help the lag and dc issues when the Ixion fate is up. It will only help those that need to be in The Lochs for different reasons other than Ixion
