When in doubt, you can always make the right decision by buffing the AST.

Sleeve Draw was a pretty big luck factor, but with this it will be so much more powerful than what it currently is.

I admit it's rather funny how AST's complain about how they /used/ to be able to do it. It's not like any other class out there suffered that same exact fate.
