    Maybe SE could reopen the realms but put on a 10 year lock to SE accounts with characters that transferred off Balmung preventing them from creating any new characters on Balmung or transferring on to the realm. Maybe that would make it safer to do?

    As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
