It kind of is in Snowcloak since its ilvl is 80. That's like 31 ilvls lower than what is recommended.

Maybe I'm a little desensitized to seeing people still in ironworks in level 60 dungeons, but overall it's about 30 points of lost defense on the tank versus equipping the ilvl 80 belt of light. But the ARR dungeons have been heavily nerfed and given that the rest of the party is almost guaranteed to be overgeared and I've seen Bards tank the last boss in Snow Cloak without major issues.

Are you sure its ironworks and not glamour? I myself use the ironworks RDM sword because in my opinion its the best looking one so far but its over top my Duriun Smallsword.

I have legit seen people go into 60 dungeons with ironworks stuff equipped, not glamored. Not a full set, the furthest I've seen a full set is Great Gubal nm. But like a weapon and boots.
