    SE needs to take the lead with this, not the players. When they pull crap like the Stormblood storyline ending battles - with the final dungeons all being about normal levels of difficulty, followed by a huge difficulty spike in the final Trial - it places too much of a burden on the playerbase. It's not hard for players to help each other out when a dungeon is marginally more difficult than the one before it. It is much harder when content goes from walkover to difficult.

    Everyone that's done the ARR MSQ has seen almost every ability Shinryu has. The majority of the fight's difficulty just comes from whether or not you're paying attention.

    How is the final trial a huge difficulty spike? Genuinely asking; I did it when the 8 of us were new to the instance and I fail to see how that fight is hard. Gotta pay attention to it, that's about it. Oh, wait, I think we found the problem.

    What spike? Just because you can snooze all the way to the end of dungeon, doesn't mean you can in the trial. It's a good wake up call, especially shows that most dungeon people sit back and barely click imo.
