The issue was that Acheron's name wasn't the initial JP name (which was Titan, but with a different spelling than the primal Titan), so they named him Acheron and were done with it.... until the "real" Acheron came and it kinda crumbled apart. So they renamed it because it had the same model and same name and came in the same raid and that was confusing af.

V3.0 Halicarnassus and Haukke's Halicarnassus don't have the same appearance, don't come from the same dungeon, and don't even come from the same expansion. There is little confusion possible between them.
