One of the problems would be that you need to actually complete the last craft with the class you want the experience for. For example, with your suggestion, you could complete every craft with your level 70, then redeem on your level 30 crafter which crafted nothing. With the current system, you'd have to do at least one craft with your level 30. that might be something you'd want to try to work into your suggestion.

the game obviously does not care about this with Grand Company Supply Missions and Tradecraft Leves being what they are. at least you still do it yourself, in those cases you can buy stuff straight off the market board and turn in for XP. that's how i level FSH.
