Good suggestions, just add some more:

- Give the turret a bigger role, like a deployment burst on the nearest target (for Rook) or a small radius aoe (for Bishop) and a constant dmg buff to whoever is in radius (like 2% damage up), this would be a way to compete with BRD crit buff and that way there's some involvement in turret placement rather just use it once and leave it there the entire fight.
- Rework Turret overdrive to boost the turrets damage and attack speed by 100% for a few seconds and disable its AA for the next 10-15s while leaving the constant dmg buff up to whoever is nearby.
- Hypercharge, raise party dmg static buff to 5%, lower the CD to 60 seconds while lowering the debuff time to 10s.
- Give Flamethrower a stacking burn DoT to justify using it for a longer time rather than just it a heat booster.
