Square here with patch 4.05. We've removed Tenacity because it was giving tanks more damage. That's a nono. Instead it's replaced by this new stat, that does basically nothing. You probably won't notice.
Think she referring to tank dps as in tank who think their dps matters or those who care really much for their dps as a tank
