i currently have 21 days left including the 15 and i won't make it to 90 days before the end of September, what do i do in this case? XD

Does that mean 6 days rest sub + 15 days free?
Where you already subbed at the start of july 1st?
Or have you just bought the game and are still in the 30 days free, so still 21 days free with the extra 15 days?
If the last one, the free days should run out at the start of august. If you pay then 90 days in one packet you are still in.

I was already subbed before july 1st
the free 15 days were given to me yesterday, and i had only 6 days left before my sub expires, now including the 15 so i have 21 days
