I tried reading the thread as far behind as I could but didn't find anything, how was the link between Not a Tribute and Orghana made?

The fate talks about the statue of "Gergei the Great", a male hero.

The description for Orghana talks about the female twin sister of Orghana, both EN and JP so it cannot be a translation error.

It came up first after Orghana was discovered the first time on Cerberus and others following:

Just had an Orghana spawn on Cactaur.

I think it might be tied to the completion of the "More then Tribute" FATE, because I noticed it was up while I was doing a circle of the map shortly after I completed it .

EDIT: Confirmed spawn condition. It showed up again in instance 2 after I completed said FATE. The hint is slightly misleading/mistranslated, as it says Orghana seeks vengeance for his twin sister, but the subject of said FATE is stated to be male,

And about the translation error:

SE uses a lot of references from different mythologies and so on and you basically can go ahead and google many things to look them up. So I did that here as well since I like that kinda stuff, this is what I got:

There is a translation error - Orghana had a twin brother. Check the linked Screenshot. Also: all informations online link to "Orghana" being a "she".

Hunt target: Orghana
Spawn condition: Spawned by defeating the FATE "Not just a Tribute at X:12.5 Y:14.5. Needs confirmation if it needs to be done more than once.

What I didn't consider: SE can change small things up so it fer sure can be that they changed Orghana's gender from female to male to fit the au ra tribes so they get their strong male hero whatsoever.

That's why some of us thought it's another FATE-trigger. And we still need more confirmation about killing the walls in the FATE area. I did that but it seems for Cerberus as well that the window has just not opened yet.
