Spawned another Orghana on Sargatanas. Popped ~5 seconds after fate completion.

All of my Orghana spawns were instantaneous, as well.

Any seemingly "delayed" spawns are more likely tied to the fact that there seems to be multiple FATEs involved in the spawn condition judging from reports from JP players.

I can confirm that the Orghana I popped was the moment it ended. Either it pops or the condition isn't just the fate (idk maybe number of chulu mobs killed) but in my case it definitely spawned right after the fate, no delay,

Okay I killed triumph 20:14, orghana popped while I was looking around for the noise fate since I don't know the coords (at 20:20)
2 fates were being done, one was tall tales I don't remember the other was.

Edit: I didn't see Noise up before or after Tribute (or at least I don't think I did)

With maint resetting the timers, we've got a good opportunity to gather some good data on Orghana. Feel the Noise seems like a likely candidate, as does Tribute. I've been looking at Khan Artist suspiciously lately as well. Now if only we could get people to stop killing random fates in zone while we're trying to test out these theories.

So it may be linked to "Not just a Tribute" and "Feel the Noise", both fit to the description of Orghana. The first being about her brother, who's story is written in the stone we fight and the second one talking about "welcoming the Dawn Mother back to her throne" - and as we know, Orghana was a princess so that could relate to her as well.

I started seeing SB S ranks around the 60 hours mark post maintenance, but I feel like that might just be from a lack of effort prior to that out of the assumption they have similar respawn timers to the HW ones.
