Please let BRD benefit from the song 2% crit and battle voice 15% buffs

I understand Bard is supposed to be a support role, but when your DPS is so heavily dependant on crit procs it feels bizarre that we cannot benefit from our own songs. Would it really make BRD that strong? I understand that it's really useful raid utility but solo DPS feels very lackluster, and even if we're supposed to be a support DPS we're still a DPS class after all.

I don't even want potency buffs, we even got bloodletter potency reduced despite it only resetting 1/3rd of the time now. All I want is to be able to use our own buffs, it would even encourage players to make sure they use them off CD because they would also benefit from them.

Yeah I feel really bad when I'm playing solo for whatever reason and the majority of my buffs don't apply to me.

As bad as some of the other dps jobs are (and how well off BRD is), this is one of those "feelsbadman" design moments that make no sense (and are everywhere in SB).
Same with MNK and brotherhood.
I don't think letting the guy who's buffing the party in on the fun would be that harmful (or hard to balance).

They could nerf bard a bit here and there only so that they would be benefited from their own buffs. It makes no sense having a wide group buff that will benefit everyone but the one casting it.
