    keep all mobs on you, killing them is dps's job not yours, you just "help" them with TE, no matter what you do keep them hitting you then you are good.

    Might as well do nothing but flash then? It's everyone's job to kill enemies.

    As for "rotation", depending on how heavy the numbers are your team is pulling, it's quite easy to just
    IF: 4+ enemies
    flash > CoS > TE x 3 > Flash (if needed) > TE until 3 or less enemies are alive> then
    REPEAT UNTIL (enemies dead)
    Goring / RA combo's

    ELSE:
    Flash > CoS > Goring > Flash > new target > Goring

    2 flashes with the current BS state of flash should hold agro forever
