Request - Allow Retainers to gather Clusters

From my understanding of doing research via Bing, Clusters are just another timed node, aren't they? If so, then why aren't they gatherable by retainers... I'm definitely seeing an inconsistency there. Perhaps someone can give a more solid reasoning as to why SE haven't added them if this is the case.

I think it's the same reason why fishing retainers can't get some of the more rare fish, like ones you have to mooch+ off of. If the retainers could grab things that are usually in high demand, it'd devalue everything.
