I'm trying to have a civil discussion and you do nothing but disregard what I say and attack me on a personal level?
What's the deal with this?

Emotions are high.

A lot of people here really like jump and are really excited to see it implemented, then you pop up talking about how it's not good and that upsets them. The fact that you've introduced a negative viewpoint in the midst of such high spirits in regards to the game creates a pretty heavy contrast making you seem like a major party pooper.

Theoretically at least.
