

According to SE it's because then tanks would have too much HP.
I don't get it either.



I think honestly they meant "damage inflation" they have to, the hp excuse is the reason they forced vit on tanks to begin with. in 3.2. Not our fault tanks get a hell of alot of Vit with the accessories added, nor that it has to be higher than the other roles on base gear as well
