    Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Good evening,

    First of all I would like to apologise if this is the wrong place for this but I am utterly lost.

    I have an ingame friend who when upgrading her account from ps3 to ps4 got her account suspended due to suspicious activity while attempting to transfer.

    The thing is she is italian and speaks / writes very little English. I was wondering if there's any way she can contact support and address her issues in her native language?

    I had the same issue.
    Guess she just needs to change her account password. That did the trick to me.

    Strange. I changed the password and it worked fine on my first and only try. Also that happened when I upgraded from PS3 to PS4.

    That's why I'm trying to see if there's any support in Italian.

    Her brother got her a ps4 on purpose so she could play FFXIV on it. She's is pretty much giving up on the game due to this issue, since she doesn't want to start over.

    Edit: ok let's try to stay objective here:
    Transfered from ps3 to ps4;
    Got the account suspended for activity thing;
    Changed password, got confirmation email that password has been changed;
    Inputs new password but game says it's the incorrect password;
    When she tries her old password she gets the "login to account is restricted due to suspicious activity" notice.
    Tried contacting support, they got back to her saying her email was wrong and it was attached to a different SE id and closed the ticket;
    When she resets her password she still gets a confirmation email like normal.

    This is what I could understand from her brother who can login into the game and tried to explain to me in a somewhat broken English >.<
