    I got the issue in Mor Dhona, near Saint Coinarchs, which isnt even a super populated area.

    This is happening to people in Mist, LB and the Goblet. . . . . . It doesn't suprise me this is going on in other zones that are less populated.

    I think it doesn't matter where you are, as long as you're using a NA server and you're not using a NA IP address, like me as I am in the UK.
