Ugh this makes me feel terrible for you guys. They should at the very least give some positive encouragement to their paying customers who can't play that they are working on a solution to these problems. Currently half of my FC are being disconnected every 1/5 min countless times, most of them just give up and call it a night. They still pay for it, the least they can do is give a human response as to what measures are being taken.
