    Agreed, DR should be doubled.

    Why? Two reasons.

    1) The gameplay is not fun. Being locked down do frequently with little (or in most cases: absolutely no) options for counterplay is not exciting. It was less frustrating even in the old system because there were several ways around CC.

    2) Even poorly timed (spamming on CD) CC has huge impact. This is because healers have a super gutted toolkit and are unable to "catch up" from being locked down for so long. Proper use of CC should be rewarded, not just the use of it in general.

    Are you taking the current existing trait into account? Because there's already a trait that increases resist duration.
