Where is the petition for jobs to start at level 1?

dont think of jobs as something that have levels at all
they dont

you are a gladiator, with paladin, or whatever equipped
you mirror the level of your gladiator, but what you can do, and what benefits you gain are dictated by the job you have "equipped"

I see. I keep thinking of it as a seperate entity with a completely different set of skills with little resemblance to gladiator.
