This is how it works in Wildstar as well. At level 15 you get a whole island to yourself, for free! A house you can decorate and crafting/gathering of your choice + a seller. It's rather amazing. I wish more people played that game because it's awesome. But it ain't waifu simulator enough I guess. :/
