Who actually didn't expect Balmung transfers to buy houses? Everybody knows most players on Balmung can't buy housing, and we all know how empty our wards were. It was basically one of the unwritten incentives to get people to transfer. It's the big thing everybody pointed out when Balmung complained about housing.

My response was specifically to the person telling them to blame the people who owned a ward rather than the Balmung transfers. I agree, they should have seen this coming a mile away. The rest of us did.
