Tank Artifact Armor

So I finally got to level 70 (although in my opinion I leveled up pretty fast). So how do I farm tomes to get the level 70 artifact armor, is it a quest?

The AF for Level 70 is the reward for the level 70 job quest.

Every job gets its AF through its level 70 job quest. A bit off topic, but I LOVE the PLD set. The level of detail is amazing! There's a little angel on my shield. How awesome is that? How does everyone else feel about their tank set? /visor on DRK seemed pretty cool.

Oh but is the artifact armor the highest for level 70?

The DRK helmet is the FFXI DRK AF1 (if only it had ' Enhanced Souleater ' trait on it too ; .

Body piece I'm kinda meh about though. Looks too much like the Behemoth King chest imo.

WAR AF looks oh so sharp on my lizard. It reminds me a lot of the kinda aesthetic Dragon Age 2 had with Hawke's different special armors. The best part is the Axe, it just looks so savage.

No, you can buy ilvl 310 tomestone gear with verity in Rhalgr's Reach after you complete the MSQ.

Susano EX also drops ilvl 320 weapons while Lakshmi EX drops ilvl 320 accessories.
