    Charged for World Transfer. They never transferred me.

    I did a world transfer on June 24th 7 days ago. I was supposed to transfer from Shiva to Brynhildr. I was charged $18.00 USD for the transfer, and they never transferred me. I left my FC demolished my housing, and removed all my items in the market, and now I am basically stuck in Shiva, and my friends are on Brynhildr. Im honestly extremely frustrated with the lack of support this game provides. I first contacted through email, and they sent me an email back 3 days later with a link to an old world transfer issue from back in October of 2015 which made no sense whatsoever, and then I called support sat on hold for 30 min to be told they could do nothing, and that I had to sign into my game, and contact support by "report a bug" so i did for the past 2 days I have been reporting a bug describing my issue, and yet no one has helped me. I have selected report a bug, report harrasment etc trying to just get someones attention. Is there anyone here that works for square that might be able to help? Im so fed up at this point with the lack of support that im about to shut off my subscription to the game, and say good riddance, and ive been playing since the ps3 beta. Thats how annoyed I am with this crap right now.

    If square-enix takes ur money, and doesnt give u the product you want, they have never gone back to fix it, they just say its out of their hands, or to try someone else, leading in circles.
    (had many friends quit because of these sorts of things)

    Yeah I figured from the lack of support I have received that it would most likely end up that way. I shut off my renewal for my subscription. Im out. Only a fool would let someone steal from them, and then continue to give that theif money. Thanks for the reply. Dueces FF XIV.

    You should also contact the credit card company and report the charge as a fraud. Explain to them what happened and maybe the credit card company will revoke the charge from them.

    depends on the company.
    for myself, and my friends, they say they will take care of it, then check back later, and they still never give u the money back.
    it ends up being a repeating cycle of "yeah, sure, we'll fix that for you!" wait "Yeah sure, we'll take care of that for you!"

    If you do that prepare for your entire SE Account to be closed without recourse. They treat cashback more severely than anything else.
