    Dissipation is very situational at best but SE loves to give SCH barely used, situational skills, so it's not changing any time soon.

    It may have to depending on how well we perform in the Omega raids. If we have a hard time keeping up, we're going to get buffed. If not, the class will stay like this for a while most likely.
