Forcefully move people out of Balmung (and other insanely congested worlds)

That's a load of garbage, there's tonnes of open plots on Mateus still (My ward alone in the Goblet has 5 open spaces), and the apartment housing is barely even touched.

On a side note, a lot of us Balmung residents who've swapped server get a tonne of hostility off the 'natives' ("Balmung turds go home" "Stop shitting up our server" etc), which is something else to think about. People seem to want players to move away from Balmung, but nobody wants those players on their server

That sucks to hear. I joke about wanting Coeurl to stay small and whatnot but I'm never serious. WHY exactly is it popular to hate on Balmung and its players? Why does OP care about Balmung server issues?

One of the incentives (unless I'm mistaken) is that you are refunded the entire amount of Gil for your house plus an additional 3 million for unremoveable furnishings. Just buy a new house.

Where? Even Mateus has apparently filled up. There are no houses available. I am also sitting on several million and can make gil hand over fist without much effort. Gil isn't an incentive for me. At least not to transfer off my server. I also did some research and many of those smaller servers have a paltry PvE community. Yes, I know it could grow if people joined, but I am not interested in building one. I'm just not. I like being apart of an existing large community with active hunters, raiders and casual players.

None of this even factors in the roleplay aspect, which I also fancy. While I wish Mateus well in establishing themselves, I already have friends and connections on Balmung.

Why should I then? You are asking other Balmung players and I to put our enjoyment aside all to benefit you when you just flat out admit you couldn't care less about ours. I'm not bothered by long queues nor am I here complaining about them. So...

Because it's 90% Balmung complaining about there not being enough reason for them to move to a low pop world because they supposedly can't get a house or their tightnit community is all on Balmung (nevermind that there are still tons of open plots on low pop worlds and if supposed communities are so tightnit they should all be able to agree to move together.

Yes, because we are all one collective hivemind who just follow the whims of a select group of people. If it were so easy to convince people to do things, we wouldn't have the political fighting we do right now. People on Balmung don't want to leave. You whining about it isn't going to make us suddenly want to.

Just have every balmung player complaining about queue times or incentives to Transfer not being high enough forcefully transfer to a low pop server. The problem would be resovled in a week
