    Currently, crit got scaled down due to the direct hit implementation. so it's not as high as it was.

    However, what's in interesting is skill speed is very valuable now as well. Since it ties directly with the damage of your auto attacks output (it doesn't increase the rate of attacking though). There was a testing post on reddit. TLDR: at the 10th skill speed tier (982sks), you can get an extra GCD per minute, so effectively you raised your over all chance of getting directly frequency by 4%.
