Well it was also said that the old Tank mounts would be able to fly at some point but instead they put in some reskins with Armor wich can fly. (Only obtainable by tanking 300 dungeons at lvl 61 or above). The old ones will stay Ground mounts. What i have learned: Dont take anything SE says to seriously when it comes to Mounts or shopitems.

To be fair, the new tank mounts are obviously carrots to get tanks to help with the queue. Let's see if they will teach the old tank mounts flying after some time... Seeing how it work out with Sleipnir, I'm not going to hold my breath for it.

I know they are only in the game to make People Tank, but its just reskins... not worth it. im not Tanking again for that.

Yeah but armored bear mount, ARMOURED BEAR mount. Not gonna lie, I am half tempted to move warrior up on my to level list for the mount.

Back on topic, I do hope Sleipnir starts flying soon. I bought it because it meshed well with the armor I use, which due to me loving and using the High Allagan Tank Chest piece (not the dyable replica, mostly because there wasn't one when I went and got my chest piece) is predominantly red and black and other dark colors. Actually rather fitting that I look edgy as a dark knight.
