Maybe try using your own Ifrit and tanking the damage yourself? It's easier for you to dodge (and draw AoE away from the NPC healer) than to make your pet dodge. You can also use HP potions on yourself in between DPSing which along with the NPC healer healing you (can't remember if she heals your pet) should be more effective than spamming physick on your pet.

Also might be worthwhile to run PotD a few times so that you can way overlevel and overgear it.

E: I think you should also focus the enemy Summoner, just let heals NPC tank his giant Ifrit. DPS race essentially, defeat him before he defeats her.
