At this point, I'm not even sure they actually care about their players. I understand that money and revenues are their top priority as it would be for any other company, but still it feels so bad.

1) They had 3 fanfest + multiple live letters to talk about servers'congestion and start to explain the transfer bonus, instead we only got an alert in the news section; It almost feels like they think of us as cows that can be moved from a field to another with no issues;

2) From the simultaneous logout message: "As a reminder, we’re offering special incentives to those who transfer from a Congested World to New/Preferred Worlds. T[...] We appreciate your consideration of these offers.
What about the people I normally play with? A part from the cross-server party finder, cross-server LS, /tell, friend requests etc are still a work in progress. How can I move if this means playing alone or with people I don't know and with whom I might not fit in?
I understand that these features might be difficult to implement, but shouldn't they understand that changing server like this is difficult as well?

3) Eeven if the DDOS attack didn't harmed personal data, wouldn't it be wise to just shut down the servers? I'd have hated not being able to play at all, but maybe this would have put less stress on the server;

4) On top of this, they had even the free log in campaign during the launch weekend as if the situation wasn't bad enough;

I'm not angry, It's just a bit sad and frustrating at times..
