When someone says "white knight" or SJW in a negative context, I can almost assure you the person who said it is an Nazi sympathizer/MRA/gamergate/sociopath or all four.

Thank you for generalizing and marginalizing a group of people who have nothing in common with those four things you listed but who might, at certain times, disagree with a given cause I.E. that email about a recent zombie game where people thought the title was a racial slur when it was not.

Back on topic though:

Nothing makes me want to keep healing dungeons more than when I don't cast Protect fast enough so someone starts spamming / slap on me. That's just childish folks.

Why oh why did I get grouped with a healer that didn't do their level 70 job quest in Temple of the Fist? We cleared but holy it was painful with a healer in a mix of whites/greens.

the other day i got hatil hard mode for my roulette everybody in the party was around the upper end of sb so none of us remembered how the marmet worked so big aoe goes we all lived through it baerly then the boss breathed on use or something everybody put the tank died so then the paladin
solos the last 50% of boss himself with the rest of us siting outs side the boss fight the whole time i'm trying to figue out where he was getting these big heal form after which he x potions are ops here huh? kicker was at the time form all my sam potd runs i had 100 of things on me i was so used to them being useless i forgot i even had them

This is SO HORRIBLY WRONG AND MISGUIDED!!! I couldn't not point out the complete insanity that is that statement. Also you talk about how defending something is always good but in the same breath insult/belittle MRA's who are literally doing the thing you say is always good. Stop it.

In the interest of staying on topic...

I ran my leveling roulette as AST today as I am trying to level all healers eventually and got stuck with some of the most confused RDM's ever. Neither of them understood their rotation and the first pack of trash took forever to kill especially with my complete lack of balance cards.

The crazy part? They were both totally open to me explaining things to them! And the tank was okay with waiting! And the DPS then applied what I told them and vastly improved their performance! By the end of the run the tank was double pulling again.

It was so nice to have that situation turn around for me, just goes to show that offering help is never a bad idea.

Me and my tank buddy have been finding more and more nice sprouts as of late. We got a healer in Temple of Qarn HM who kept applying HoTs pre pull, we kindly explained not to do that and gave some tips. They were so thankful!
There have been more instances with just generally nice and chatty ones who would sponge every little tip and pointers on mechanics. That's been very refreshing!

To Topic:
Yesterday i ran the lvl 70 temple dungeon for a friend -> unbeknown to me, the 2 randoms were first timer too. We ran so smoothly through the whole dungeon, with the healer perfectly adjusting to pulls, new mobs, the orbs spawning in the end & so on. I was really surprised to see 3 achievements pop up at the end.

A fun & very quick run through a lvl 70 dungeon. Doesnt happen very often lately

I ran Royal Menagerie for the first time last night. Tried to make a full FC party, but had to grab rando tank and DPS. We wiped twice. So obviously you know who the problem was. It was me, running around spamming Adlo and Indomitable. No idea what was going on. Took a tail to face, ran off the icy edge. It was a mess. But after seeing everything, the third run was going so smoothly. I was keeping my DOTs up and no one was dieing. Then the tank I brought decided it would be a good idea to reddot and dc. The other tank was quick, but the damage had been done and we couldn't recover and we wiped. And a vote abandon popped up.

Trials roulette as a BLM. Zurvan normal. Double boosted ASTs. They both were doing twelve knows what because it sure as hells wasn't healing or DPSing. They let the DPS drop like flies, they let the MT die at one point which made Zurvan turn on me (Thank you Lucid Dreaming and Diversion for saving me), then I died due to not getting heals from the DoT he puts on you to break the seals despite being right next to one of them.

Honestly now. If you're going to boost something freaking read a guide for it or something. I keep getting stuck with terrible boosted tanks and healers. It's really inconsiderate to your group for you to jump into late content with a job you know nothing about, especially if it's something like a tank or healer.
