I assume it's like Croakadile which starts at 5pm (and mindflayer if you don't pop him that first night) maybe it's 5pm to 5am?
Also I've done hinterlands maps at 144 hours without him popping then like 20 mins later someone else manages to pop him. That implies he's at least 145 or longer (cause that's not enough to have skipped a pop - and we've already had a post maintenance pop.) 4.0 looks to be the same so far :/
I've also had one 142 hour + kb I quit for a few hours and popped him had 146, I've had a couple of 143 hhou ones.
1 Gandarerwa at 143.5 (13 bloody hours of hitting nodes)
138 is kinda super generous of a max timer lol or I'm the unluckiest S popper ever

We once had a Croque at 80/83 hours as well (can't remember exactly) so ... the max timers can be somewhat irrelevant at some times, god knows why, while they are a good guideline for us.

We've had a few 80 hour Croques too like 10 of them. Enough that I consider his max timer at 80
Those 105-106 hour agrippas still drive me insane
I think the reason those hunts spawn late at times is simply because they're not guaranteed to appear when their condition is fulfilled.
On an unrelated note, I'm thinking there's more to spawning Orghana then I initially thought, as the JP players are claiming to have seen it spawn after finishing a different FATE (Can't recall the name, but the boss is a Manzasiri named Rudra). I've also cleared the More then a Tribute FATE with no spawn, then had it suddenly show up maybe 10-15 minutes later without said FATE being cleared a second time. I'm thinking the spawn may actually require the completion of a multitude of different FATEs, but people simply have a tendency to overlook More then a Tribute for some reason.
Regarding Agrippa:
We have four different Lvl 50 Maps - and we noticed something similiar for Lampalagua and Wulgaru -, so it could be that each spawn needs a different map. It can be the same, but it doesn't have to.
So you need a specific trigger not "any of those will work".
Could be, yes - we need to get the FATE-text to look deeper into it, though. For now "Not just a Tribute" is fer sure something that spawns Orghana since it fince the description 100%.On an unrelated note, I'm thinking there's more to spawning Orghana then I initially thought, as the JP players are claiming to have seen it spawn after finishing a different FATE (Can't recall the name, but the boss is a Manzasiri named Rudra). I've flattened the HW S rank timers to be the exact same values because I've seen no indication of them being anything else. Different from the ARR S ranks, they seem to have a counter involved in them, so when they go way far above that 132 mark it's just not enough of the trigger or something. I've seen Pale Rider at 190 hours because nobody's done a single map in a long while, and after ten maps at 190-191 hours, he finally popped.
In my experience with Orghana, it has seemed pretty unpredictable and random to me. Once I did the fate and had it spawn about 10 seconds later. 2 other times I have done the fate and then had it show up 15-20 mins later with the fate not showing up a second time. There may be some other yet to be discovered condition that also needs to be fulfilled (although that doesn't account for the times it basically spawns immediately after the fate). Either there is something else to it or it could be a totally random time within a certain window.

All of this Orghana talk sounds like how we talked about Nunyunuwi back in the day...
